Financial Aid
If your resources are not sufficient to meet the total cost of an Emerson Waldorf School education, you may apply for financial aid, which is available on the basis of demonstrated need. We use TADS, an independent financial aid assessment organization, to provide us with an analysis through which household need can be fairly and equitably measured. Recommendations from TADS are sent to Emerson Waldorf’s Tuition Adjustment Committee. The committee uses the TADS information, along with your short answer responses and school policies, to determine the amount of financial aid your family will receive. Families must reapply for financial aid each school year
Financial aid applications are available online beginning in mid-December for the following school year. The committee sends decision letters from mid-March to April. Late applicants are accepted and aid will be granted on a rolling basis, however, please be aware that the majority of financial aid is granted in March & April.
Financial aid is not available for the Parent-Child Class or Summer Camp. Financial aid is for tuition only and does not cover other school fees such as the new student enrollment fee, high school book fee, sports fees, etc.
Click on the button to the left. Once on the TADS website, select the Financial Aid Assessment and create a new account. Click HERE for TADS Financial Aid FAQs.
